In 2025, Chandra Asri Group introduced a new subsidiary, PT Chandra Asri Sentral Solusi (CASS), formerly known as PT Chandra Asri Konsultasi (CAK). As a subsidiary of PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (Chandra Asri Group), CASS serves as a Shared Service Center (SSC) that strengthens integrated support services to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and consistency across all Chandra Asri Group business units, in line with evolving business needs and growth.
CASS provides a range of core services including Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Customer Operations. Through Finance services, CASS ensures accurate and transparent financial transaction management, reporting, and compliance. This support is complemented by Human Resources services, which focus on recruitment processes, employee management, and policy implementation to support organizational performance. Furthermore, Procurement services play a role in managing the end-to-end procurement of goods and services, prioritizing efficiency and transparency. This suite of services is strengthened by Customer Operations, which ensures smooth operational processes and maintains service quality and customer satisfaction across all Chandra Asri Group business lines.
